Investment Teasers
Investment teasers are short analytical documents presenting a company seeking financing and its business idea / plan for the use of the acquired funds. The teaser aims to provide potential investors with key information that enables them to decide whether they are interested in the project at all and whether they wish to enter into discussions and more detailed pre-investment analysis.
Consulting
Examples of consulting topics in the areas of economics, finance, and forensic accounting include:
- Organizing and implementing a budgeting process in a company;
- How to define KPIs for the CFO and other key management staff;
- Scope of source documentation to be attached to a statement of claim in a commercial civil case, ensuring that the court-appointed expert has a complete set of materials for analysis in relation to the questions raised by the claimant;
- Approach to analyzing the actions of the dismissed / former management board and the scope of documents to be aggregated for assessing the validity of the board's decisions.
Geographical Scope of Services
We provide services throughout Poland. For clients located outside the Lublin region, meetings are conducted online (via MS Teams), and documents are exchanged electronically.
